What I like about email is that I can information and pictures sent to you at lighting speed. I can remember back in the nineties that I used to maintain and run a email newsletter that was sent out on a daily basis. I did it for about ten different topics or ten different emails. Back then I was using dial-up email service and the service I was using shut me down thinking I was spamming five thousand to ten thousand emails a day. Once I got this straighten this out with them they were ok with it. A letter was on file to explain that I was sending out email newsletters on a daily basis. Then about every three months I would get shutdown again when the manager got transferred. That was ok, as I look back on it that was a fun time in my life hard work but fun all the same.

Fast forward today, I read maybe 15 to 20 online email tips or newsletters a month. I am not in the newsletter publishing business anymore so it is alot more fun and entertaining to just read them. Now you have publishers like Michael Masterson that produces an online daily tip email newsletter that covers topics like goal setting, advice on improving your marketing knowledge, tips on copy writing, success secrets, self help tips, money making tips along with tips on healthier living advice. You can have these types of newsletters spread out over the month to not overload information put into your brain. Cannot tell you the times that I have read tip newsletters and made money from it. Not a lot of money but some, it would pay for any expenses for any newsletter that might occur. The newsletter is short and to the point which is usually about 5 minutes a day.

It seems I am always looking for ways to save. Everything we buy we try to get the most cost effective price we can. That means shopping at sales and using coupons when possible but the bottom line is much better for our diligence. Another way to save is to use all of your resources to find the best prices. That includes shopping online. For instance there are deals at Savings.com on school clothes to laptops and everything in between. Using coupons was very popular several years ago and then it dies down a little as the economy seemed to boom. People were not as careful with their pennies and it became a wasteful period for many consumers. Today is quiet different. People are watching every penny and once again the philosophy of a penny saved is a penny earned has come into play. Shopping online has gotten the attention of consumers for several reasons. One of course is the opportunity to save as well as selection and two would be the convenience of shopping online. In some instances you can get free shipping with things that you buy online and in others even with shipping you get a better price then the local venues can give you. It is easy to see why people that shop online would not shop any other way.

This video is about tips for water conservation around your home. You can also save with move efficient fixtures and you can always replace your appliances with Energy Star Qualified appliances. That would be the best way.

Saving water in your Kitchen:

Check your faucet. Fix leaks by using a repair kit, or by replacing the cartridge or ball. If you find leaks underneath your sink, the pipes, fittings, and hoses probably need to be tightened or replaced. Only run the dishwasher when it’s full. This is the one tip that I think will save you tons of money: Keep a pitcher of water in the fridge so you do not have to run the tap until the water gets cold. Lots of money saved here.

Your Laundry Room:
If you have the money you could switch to high efficiency washers that use less water and heat less water. Thus they save you money.

Your Bathroom:

Turn off the water when you’re brushing your teeth or shaving. This one tip saves me a ton.

Use a cup of water to rinse your razor.

Money no object install a water-saving aerator or switch to an EPA water saving faucets. Switch to a water saving certified shower head.

Turn off your water when soaping and shampooing.

Check your toilet for leaks.

Your Lawn and Garden:

Use a rain barrel to collect water to use on your plants

Use timers when watering the yard.

Water your yard in the early morning.

A soaker hose or drip irrigation system reduces water usage.

This video is pretty much common sense things to do to have Water and Save Money $$$$.
